Shipping Policy:
DiscountMountainSoftware.com ships packages every business day (Monday
through Friday), and delivery times are also based on business days. Saturday
delivery is an option; this shipping method can only be
selected on Friday, and some locations cannot accept Saturday delivery. Most orders received before 3:30 pm (MST) will be sent
the same day. However, we can make exceptions-if you need your product
shipped after 3:30 pm (MST), please call us to confirm we can ship out your
order. Alaska and Hawaii still receive Free Ground shipping-not just the
continental United States.
Corporate Net 30 Terms Policy:
We now accept Net 30 Terms on orders of $500 or more from businesses under these conditions:
1. Your company has been in business for at least 2 years.
2. You are in good terms with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc.
3. You are in good standing with your Financial Institution.

Credit Card Policy:
DiscountMountainSoftware.com will not charge your credit card until your order
has been shipped. Please try to provide us with the billing address on
file with your credit card. If the information we receive does not match
what the bank has on file for the credit card, we may have to contact the
issuing bank to verify your order. This could delay the processing of your
order.

Product Availability Policy:
Most of DiscountMountainSoftware.com's products will ship the same business
day, but there are occasional exceptions. Because of changes in the

availability and estimated arrival dates. Some items may require a few
extra days to get to our warehouse before they can be shipped to you.
Please keep in mind our discounted pricing is hopefully worth the wait. In

For international orders DiscountMountainSoftware.com only accepts MyUS.com
or bank to bank wire transfers as a payment options. MyUS.com accepts most
payment methods including international credit cards, has discounted shipping

Software Return Policy:
Please include either a copy of your invoice with the reason why you are
returning the item or print out our Return Form:

Use your order number as your "RMA" number.
DiscountMountainSoftware.com accepts returns of unopened
software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged or
tampered with. The software must include the product key codes. The key codes
cannot be used or activated.
Software that has been opened may be eligible for a return
at our discretion. Software that has been damaged or tampered with will be
denied a return. Also, please keep in mind that once software has been
installed and activated on your computer, a unique digital signature has been
created between the software and your hardware and cannot be resold or undone.
DiscountMountainSoftware.com charges a restocking fee of a
minimum of $5 or 3% processing fee on all returns. Shipping is not refundable. The refund process usually takes one to two weeks to complete after we have received the return.
